We are a premier boutique family-owned business based in Orange County CA region serving property management needs for families and property owners in HOA/Condo, Multi-family, Residential & Commercial.

Property Management isn't for everyone, and Danny and Rachelle sort of "fell into the business" and absolutely love it.   

They both love real estate and have been licensed realtors in the past, but with life situations and starting a family - put their dreams on hold for the business.

Danny started taking on consulting work in 2017, and Rachelle was his partner.  After several clients, Danny was certainly in demand, and soon enough was asked to take on a property for his own business.

Danny has over 18 years experience in the real estate industry.  He has worked with Companies such as MBK HOMES, Highland Development, Bank of America, New American Funding and Finance of America.  

Danny has worked specifically with HOA Projects since 2009. 

He is a problem solver and with his lending expertise helps HOA Boards and property owners make decisions to keep the best available financing options for their community or properties. This helps the project maintain home values and the HOA financial solvency.

Also, Danny serves on the board of his own HOA Association - and has gained greater knowledge on how to handle various property issues and concerns.

He has over 18 years of experience with the Real Estate and Mortgage Industry. From condos to luxury estates, He knows that your property is important to you.  He has seen thousands of HOA property documents and has overseen Condo Project Reviews for major mortgage banks.  He knows documents so well that he will help you successfully in condo or HOA management -from budgeting to CC&Rs questions.

Danny is a family man.  When he is not taking quality time off with his wife, Danny spends most of his time usually at the baseball field with his son, or on the basketball court with his daughter.  He enjoys coaching, sports radio, and volunteers for ministries.

Rachelle has over 15 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing & Client Relationship Management.  She has extensive background in developing strong client relationships and growing businesses successfully in sales revenue.  

She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with her Concentration in Marketing.  She has extensive trainings with Community Association Institute and Real Estate Management.  She has completed Life Coach Certification as well as numerous trainings for Leadership and Development.  

Rachelle's caring and positive attitude can handle all the property management work for you.

She is the mom to two incredible children.  Rachelle spends her off time off with her family and enjoys the outdoors. She represented Mrs. Philippines in 2018 at the Transcontinental Pageants and loves supporting her Filipino Community! She also volunteers at multiple organizations, non-profits, and ministries.

From Landscaping to Plumbing - for your property management we have trusted and well-experienced specialists who we partner with to work on your projects and improvements in a timely manner.  We understand how important it is to keep your property in the best shape and will make sure you get the best services to do so. 

You don't have to worry, we hire contractors who are on-call.
